Weighted Lap Blanket

Weighted lap blankets are said to have a calming effect on the user. Whether your kids find it hard to sit still, or you've had a hard day at work, placing the weighted blanket over your lap or around your shoulders can bring a calming effect. It is said to resemble a hug.

We use 100% cotton double layer for the blanket, which is triple stitched for added strength on the edges. We use micro glass beads as the weight, as it can distribute evenly, is non allergenic. Our blankets can be washed, they can be machine washed, but it may cause the machine to unbalance on the spin cycle, it is best to hand wash when require. 

Each blanket comes with it's own removable washable cover in basic colours, you can purchase separate patterned cover if your child likes a bit of colour.
