Shipping policy

Most items listed on our site are in stock and ready to ship. Shipment will only be made once full payment has been made.

Any items that are made to order, will be shipped within the advised frame time provided we have the fabric in stock. If by chance the fabric requested is not in stock, we will notify you and ask whether you would like to choose another fabric, or would like a refund. We normally refund unavailable stock orders within 2 working days.

If you would like to combine shipping from an order of available stock and wait for custom stock to be made, please send us an email and we will give you a code to use at the checkout to combine the shipping.
