10.5" (26cm) Heavy pads, perfect for those heavy bleed days of your period or medium incontinence.

100% cotton top with 1 Cotton Lycra and 2 x 500 gsm Bamboo/Cotton Fleece with a PUL breathable water resistant backing. In our quest to keep the pads as thin and thirsty as possible, we strongly recommend you wear well fitting cotton underwear to help keep your pads in place.

Square wings are perfect for normal briefs as they have more rounded  ends to help keep them in place. Boy leg undies are not suitable for any winged pads.

If looked after correctly, your pads should last you quite a few years, it is recommended to pre-soak your soiled pads in cold water for at least 30 minutes, but preferrably no longer than 1 hour before putting them in the washing machine with your normal wash. They can be machine washed in cold or warm water, but do not use bleach or fabric softener as this will have an affect on the absorbency. It is best to line dry, if crinkled from the spin, just pull them into shape before line dry. You can put them in the dryer on warm if necessary.

When soaking your pad, place pad soiled side down, so the blood will fall from the pad, only use cold water as warm or hot water will set the blood.
